How do I take these capsules?
Take one (1) capsule twice a day as a dietary supplement. For best results, take 20-30 min before a meal or as directed by your healthcare professional.
How is the absorption in CALX optimized?
On one hand the combination of Vitamin D and K2 enhances calcium absorption from the gut and guides calcium into the bones and teeth through activation of proteins like osteocalcin. It also helps prevent calcium from being deposited in arteries and soft tissues, which can lead to calcification.
